Hi, no you won’t have the seat recognition pad on yours if it’s the drivers seat. Will need to be plugged in to see what fault code you have 👍

Hi, no I don’t think it will be the same on yours, has your vehicle had any recent work carried out on the seat? Could be a basic setting required..

@@dashtyATG sometimes the seat will need re-learning, this is done through a star machine or suitable diagnostic tool. Might be worth a try first buddy

Is it the same for any model under c300 c-class? I have a 2011 c300 c-class wondering if I can do this process on my car.

Hello mine is a B class 200 CDI 2007 model it’s showing the below. Please help 9007 The component or the signal line to the component S68/1 (seat belt buckle and seat belt warning switch, driver ) has short circuit to positive or Open circuit

Hi, sounds like yours just requires a new seatbelt buckle 👍

I have a similar fault on the same year and model but its the drivers seat but we have noticed it don't beep when driving without seat belt connected, am I right thinking it's the buckle.at fault

Yes, that would normally indicate the buckle at fault 👍

Damn it! I just disconnected yellow and black plugs underneath the drivers seat and after plug it on again, I got this red light light on panel 🤦🏻‍♂️

Damn I got the message for both L&R and the left rear blinker is also out…. Any ideas on that one?? Cheers 🙏

I get them direct from my Mercedes dealership bud

Is there anyway to by pass this to keep light off ,warranty will nkt cover water damaged or Corroded parts typical just wet vaced seats and lights comes on the next day
