I remember watching a Top Gear review of the 2006 S-Class and being amazed by the technology. Now those features are available is most entry level cars. I wouldn't be surprised if in 10-15 years most cars are electric and have many of the features that the EQS has. Few people with actually own an EQS but the innovations it pioneers will have a trickle down effect throughout the industry.

Have you ever tried to drive a s class? A 20 years old s class drives uncomparable more comfortable than every new mid class car.

Paddle shifters on electric cars are for adjusting the regenerative braking (when you lift your foot of the accelerator, the car slows down much more than it would in a gas car and it gives some power back into the battery).

You forgot to show when you want to adjust the side mirrors you just look at each of the mirrors and the car knows which mirror you want to adjust and it does it for you. Very cool!

Also you don’t have to mention what seat you are in when giving seat specific commands. The car knows. Plus you can operate doors, the roof etc with hand gestures

They came out with these new universal ambient car lights that honestly do more than these Mercedes it's crazy I just posted a video of them on my channel but the dash screens are insane on these 😩😍

I'm sure the rate of depreciation on this is gonna be intense. Electronic everything. When it breaks, repairing it will be a wiring nightmare!

@@cyberathlete false.. the rich don’t have time to deal with headache.. this is what happened with introduction of the CL Class.. it was ground breaking and too many electronics.. after numerous dealerships service visits, you start throwing in the towel, and finally turn in the car.. that’s exactly what happened to CL Class model

​@@nak1507 Certainly for less than 5k. Sold mine for around 5k, 12 years old. If you look at craigslist you can get a c300 or c350 for 5-6k that's 12 years old. If it's 20 years old it's certainly under 5k lol. Now if it's c63 AMG that's a different story

Mercedes needs to put upgradeable detachable easily swappable android screens every year top cpu processors gain from 10 to 30% performance increase

This car is so beautiful and elegant, that it sincerely would be a fear to me to drive it without the thinking of damaging.

Intro was almost like a Pryda set!
