I agree even in 2023 I think that this is the BEST S CLASS that Mercedes has ever created until now!

My 97 S500 was my favorite car! Out of this world build quality unmatched precision, a true pleasure to drive! Whether cross country or in the city the stress of driving is melted away. I wish I still had mine and will buy another. Mine had just shy of 300,000 miles on the odometer all original when I traded it in on my new one. Should have kept it and bought the new one. But I got a deal and the service manager has kept my old Benz ever since:)

Is there a noticeable jump in ride quality and comfort? How do the interior materials and seats compare? And did your 140 have ADS? Thanks

W140 was too ugly, hence it's a failure. W126 is much prettier and more solidly built. You drive a W140 today you look outdated, if you drive a beautiful W126 today then you are a connoisseur.

W126 is elegant nice looking car but the w140 is a best!
