Your videos lately have been so pertinent to the work I’m doing with my Mercedes at the moment. I just did a transmission service at the dealer, and now I planned to do fuel system work, starting with the fuel filter. Thank you! And before that, the brake shoe video really helped me out. Long live my C140 thanks to you :)

Seriously, one of my favorite car channels. Unpretentious and genuine enthusiasm for these cars. I like to think it's a pilots appreciation for doing maintenance properly. If you had an aircraft maintenance channel, it would be the most popular aviation channel out there!!

@@Mercedessource GA pilot (Australian). My dad flew for Air Niugini in the 70’s. Lae and Port Moresby. I was a kid then. You all probably knew a lot of the same people.

Very interested in the upcoming videos. A similar setup to my 1990 Bentley Turbo which runs Bosch CIS. I have a warm start issue so curious to learn more. Love the channel 👍

I have a question thats been like a riddle to me. We have a 1989 560SEL and it has sat for a few years. It was running and just quit. Figured out there was no spark. Checked coul and it was good so decided to replace both the cables. The crankshaft sensor and the top one (idk what is called). Distributor "looks good" and was said to have been replaced. So after replacing the crankshaft sensor we still have no spark. Would you have any ideas? Is there 2 fuse boxes in this vehicle? Im only aware of the one in the engine compartment. We are wothout a vehicle right now and was hoping the sensor would be our miricle. But no😔. Hope you can enlighten me.

It could be your ECU has failed. If not familiar do an internet search to learn more.
