I’m the same exact way - when the plans come, I usually don’t want to do anything and I’ll literally have to force myself to go out and socialize. I usually am glad I did but it’s hard!!! I’ve been trying to journal more and express gratitude as well. Adult coloring books also help me a lot with anxiety and bad mental health days. Thank you for sharing!

I have eczema. My first breakout was on my eyelid like that. Not saying that's what it is, but if you don't have a clue, it's worth considering
