He is saying he was born intersex. Was raised as male. went to college as a male. Even took male hormones so that society will accept him if he grows beard and male voice but he had to stop the treatment as it was causing severe depression and side effects. Plz make note that this is different from people who are born with normal sec chromosomes and normal genitalia.
