Very clear and concise; memory screening tools (eg.MMSE) not to be used as a testing tool for capacity assessment

My mother is getting a capacity test done for guardianship she can answer the common questions like how to pay bills but she was making double payments and overdrafting her account.. Her answers don't justify her actions she knows what a beneficiary is but she signed up for 4 life ins policies I'm afraid they will say she is compentant when she really isn't
