Mennonite Houses in Belize
The Mennonite people in Belize make very sturdy Hard wood homes to order. You can choose your own design and finishes. The maximum size they can deliver is 20 x 30 foot. If you want bigger than that they will deliver in 2 parts ( Or more) and join them up on site. You can choose to be 3 foot to 12 foot off the ground. Its quite remarkable. Ask me for a list of builders.

Yes Hardwood or local pine, really good stuff, not soft stuff.

Good Morning Mother Theresa. . . My PRIVATE property is located near "Little Belize" (another Mennonite Community) in the North. Do they have a satellite office there? Why are you promoting their homes...if you haven't any information to help potential customers? Merci Beverly & Ken Married = 28 years.
What is the price range for 500 sq. Ft in coronal area?
Why cement pillars? Rather than on a cement half basement?

We usually fill in underneath later with either another dwelling or laundry room and workshop. The original idea with building so high is to cool the house down with the air circulation

Hello Theresa, I subscribed and put notifications on so that I can see more listings you have. What would the cost be for a house like the one in this video costs? Can you help in acquiring land as well? I’ll be visiting Belize again this year. Can you recommend a Air B&B in the Central part, a little North of the country? Can these homes be financed. I’m retired with a steady pension. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Jose Please could you give me an email address then I can send you more information. Generally a 20 x 40 house today is costing $45,000 USD. These homes cannot be financed. Maybe with your credit card, but no local bank loans. Yes I can help with land, central part of the country are you thinking Belmopan? Lots start at $50,000 USD. In The North you can get in Consejo Shores for about $25,000

Hi Lewis it all depends on the size, but as an example a 20 x 40 foot could be around $30,000 USD depending on what you want inside

It really varies, but last quote I had for a 20x30 was $45,000 USD with cupboards
