Mr Masur was a wonderful conductor. Have a look at some other of his recordings

what a look! ahaha. maybe in a pinch he can untie it and, like a magician, straighten it into a conductor's baton.
Why so fast? I know it's a March, but my goodness this is a bit much.

The recording is not very good. The percussion are barely audible, for example.
