Not accepting someone's behavior is not the same as not being able to handle it. One can CHOOSE not to accept a particular behavior of another person. It doesn't mean that they wouldn't be able to handle that particular behavior if they had to, but why should they have to?

When men say that women can't handle the truth, what they mean is women won't accept them having s*x with other women when they're supposed to be married or committed to them. It's not about what a woman can handle, but rather what she CHOOSES to accept. Men should tell their women the truth because they have the right to choose if they want to accept that type of behavior from a man who is supposed to be committed to them.

I agree. Men do think like this. And they are not satisfied with just one woman. They want variety. I get it. But if you are my man, and we reach that point in our relationship where you get that “itch” and want to act on those instincts, better make sure you’re acting on ALL your male instincts. By that I mean you’re providing for me and protecting me. By being smart and not knocking girls up. Protecting my image because our business is that OUR business. Don’t have me looking stupid. They should all know who I am and what’s my place and what’s theirs. Most importantly keep it real with me when that time comes. I'd argue the best thing for society is for poor men not to procreate, middle class men to have 1-2 children and the rich men to have a littany of children. Myron keeps saying that women can't handle the truth, but really it's men who can't handle the consequences of telling the truth to their women. They know that 9 times out of 10 their women will not accept them having women on the side and they would probably lose them. So instead of having integrity and being honest with their women so that they can make an informed decision, they lie to them instead. Men should tell their women the truth and face the consequences.

It's not that men can't handle the truth after telling the truth. Is that women are not prepared to handle the truth, because the truth is logical for the most part. Women in general never specify when they want certain things to happen, merely because they operate on feeling rather than emotion.
