    I am sure it depends on the comic, but there are comics that pre-arrange for these comments and questions, making it easy for cameras to find them. e.g., I saw Paula Poundstone perform at two different venues, and it was clear that she had plants in the audience because the two shows had the same overall flow, with most of the audience comments and questions being identical.

  • @run4walk

    @run4walk

    @@karenthegrilledcheese I've only heard men say women are always right in the presence of their female partner. When there are no women around, they usually go for the "arguing with a woman is like playing chess with a pigeon" comparison. Fact of the matter is, there's no gender bases for who is usually right. And everyone understands that woman are allowed to and have the ability to watch football. But you can't deny that the demographic of people who choose to do it is a vast majority in favour of men. So, here there's *actually* some kind of gender bias, whereas the first statement mentioned has none. At least, none based in reality. And I probably am a lot more fun at parties than you. If you had a personality that allows for any amount of enjoyment to be squeezed out at all, you wouldn't have complained about the football comment in the first place. Nobody likes to party with a Karen.

    Si V jesus, you're all over with these incel posts. i think if you had debilitating cramps that make you feel like your insides are trying to force their way out of your body, plus unexpected torrents of blood that can happen any time, even if you're not prepared, ruining all your nice clothes, you'd have a different opinion. especially if you had ovarian cysts, endometriosis, or pmdd, which it's likely for most women to suffer from at least one of these problems, you'd change your tune real quick. but on top of that, if you had to go through labor and delivery even just one time, you'd kiss the ground that women walk on, knowing the pain we go through. aside from that, you can easily walk to the corner store at 10pm without worrying about being intercepted and violently made pregnant by a man you don't know. good luck getting child support from him. you're single, i assume? that's because you're so bitter. you hate women and it shows, which is why you're alone. why would a woman like you if you hate us? your loneliness is your own self-fulfilling prophecy.

    12:35 Took way too long for that to come up (no pun intended). The Greeks figured this one out millennia ago. The Olympians forced Tiresias to live life both as a man and as a woman, in order to determine who experienced more sexual pleasure. Hera got so angry at Tiresias' answer (women) that she cursed him into blindness. As recompense, though, she gifted him the ability of prescience.

    This is very true, however I feel like it's mostly men who tell other men to man up or who perceive each other as weak for something as human as crying. I really hope that it will become 'socially acceptable' for men to cry because I don't see the problem with that at all.

    From the perspective of a man I'd say: Best things about being a man: - not having a period - not being sexually harassed - not being disadvantaged by sexism - not being knocked out of work life when you want to have a child Best things about being a woman: - having learned to hug your friends without it being awkward - not having to wear a hot uncomfortable suit to formal events (at least those summer dresses look comfortable and cool to me) - it's not weird when you dye your gray hair - less likely to loose your hair when growing old I'm sure there are even better points. Just what came to mind in a pinch. :D

    My favorite things about being a woman: 1. the deep, meaningful bonds we have with other women 2. our intuition and how strong it can be if we allow ourselves to listen to it 3. more socially acceptable creativity and variety when it comes to fashion and makeup 4. if we’re ever looking for a hook up, any woman can theoretically walk into any bar any where and find one, whereas men have to work for it 😂😂
