why do will licon and a few other swimmers wear a nose clip when swimming breast? i thought it really only proved beneficial to wear one in backstroke

The 50 free, along with the 200 IM and 500 free, weren’t televised from 2015 to at least 2017. The recap for the 2015 50 free is on the 100 free video.
