Repent to Jesus Christ “For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”” 1 Peter 3:12 NIV Jj
I loved this film and will watch it over and over. Rory Kinnear is an amazing actor, they both are, but Rory plays most of the male parts and brilliantly, including most together in a pub scene. It features glorious shivers up spines and the highly unexpected, plus unique extreme effects to bodies, including becoming the Green Man. It is a parable, within a folk tale, within a nightmare.

This is such a well made trailer. I love the music that kicks in using the sound of her voice. I like the creepy vibes I get from it. Everything about the build up to this movie looks amazing. I can’t wait to see it

Walked out of the theatre a few hours ago and still thinking about this movie. Really great cinematography, atmosphere, and interesting and compelling storytelling. My reaction: "Woooooooah..." Rory Kinnear & Jessie Buckley look electric together in this film. Love the twisted mind of Mr. A. Garland.
Living for A24 these days. Thank you carrying the light of cinema forward!
This looks amazing, doesn't look like a Hollywood film and makes me think about Persona, but in the 80s. Alex Garland always delivers, he's probably one of the best Hollywood directors of his generation, but still needs to break some more rules to really make it. He's getting close

@@lolOloveOlol21 yes!! he also referred to the apple at one point as the forbidden fruit , which of course is what they called the apples in the bible. i feel like it’ll have some play on how adam & eve were cast out of eden & paradise was lost , hence her husband falling from the roof , & now she’s experiencing everything in the movie. i also think the title “man” has something to do with that as well since man is the origin of life in the bible… just a theory !! :)

Rory Kinnear!!! Fantastic performance!! I first saw him playin in Penny dreadful series, he was amazing!!!
It seems themes are drawn from the saying "all men are alike" in a psychological, possible sci-fi approach. Garland does a fantastic job at shedding light on truths grounded in reality and meshing them with hypothetical truths; often checking off boxes that classify his work as sci-fi, while establishing new trends that raise the genre as a whole. There is a reason that sci-fi enthusiasts love his work.
