That’s a given, I been stuck on this album for the past 2 years.

For all you aspiring songwriters, this song is a testament that even if your melodic line is straight forward, you can do so much with harmonic content to make a song interesting. Interesting chord progressions, substitutions, inversions, etc will add texture and mood.

That guitar mix during the coda is something else. These guys are creative in every sense and their style conjures up memories from the smooth R&B scene during the late 70's and early 80. The overall feel of this tune reminds me a bit of Nights Over Egypt.

Listening their songs,I feel like lying on the hill without anyone.

So smooth, jazzy, mellow, cool and sexy i just love how her voice just sails and flows quietly smooth whisper and soft to the music. She has such a vibe not over the top just so smooth this song makes you want to ride out on a sunny day or in the sunset or sit back with some friends with a drink and just vibe...and maybe a little smoke wouldn't hurt lol.
