Since the 1980s or even before many men were into plástic cosmetic Reconatructive surgeries. Most were fine until they got old. Others were horrible

Hi doctor Karam. I am 42, female and I will do a face lift next year at 43 years old. Of course I respect your point of view that people do face lifts because they feel younger . But personaly I do not feel younger. I feel 42. But I think medicine is making us live longer. Why would I live the biggest part o my life with a sagging face? If science can bring my beautiful face back, I will do it. I love your job. Thank you for doing your great videos, I admire your honesty in giving advices.

For sure. Your face changes a ton when you get lean and build even a moderate amount of muscle.

Hi Dr Karam I'm 43 and i'm a healthy weight and have issues with deep nasolabial folds... the chin and jawline is fine. I'm very worried about the incisions after having FUT surgery so know the consequence especially through hair follicles. What would you recommend for a mid face lift to address nasolabial folds/mid face only? Would this reduce the amount of incisions required? thank you so much for your time, love your channel esp your information for the male facelift!!

Dr. Karam I am an aesthetician and would like to know if the reduction in the fat under the eye area can be safely reduced with tripolar RF? Or would that cause the dark circles to be further accentuated? At the end of this video you mention that you remove the extra fat under the eye and use filler or fat transfer to balance the area.

I would have liked to have seen a male upper temple region incision & how noticeable It can be.

So how much is it to address each issue. This is what ppl want to know because we might wanna save and plan for it.

Many male actors have had face lifts and hair transplants. Do you think these guys dont go bald as they age or that their faces dont sag giving them jowls and turkey necks?

When in the hands of a good surgeon, plastic surgery makes wonders (not Mr Biden's case 😬) physically and emotionally. I don't understand the taboo some have about plastic surgery. I dont care ,whether i m in sunlight or in shadow. I have no specific rotine of awaking and sleepings It depends upon my mood I never see any beauty pollar And facial scrubbings ect. Sir I always look like teen ager My skin is so fresh There are no fine lines in my face still

I don’t think some of these guys on your thumbnail have had a full blow facelifts Toms nose is the same still big.. Tom Cruise has taken cortisone shots for all of his broken bones he’s had in the past and was lots heavier and had some sun burned cheeks that causes puffiness.. he got fit and got into some good skincare for Maverick. Johnny hasn’t changed much other than weight gain and drug and alcohol addiction and getting clean and losing weight.. those two have sworn never to go under the knife! 🤷🏻‍♀️ that’s just my thoughts and what I have read . Not sure about Leonardo though.. they all have a little saggy neck. And hooded eyes still!! “Diet” Is huge .
