    The one thing people keep regretting the most is not having started sooner. Imagine getting on self improvement in your early 20s because you find channels like this one. It's gonna put a whole nother spin on the male advantage. See you guys in 10 years!

    Banger Jack. I was definitely stupid in my late teens and early-mid 20s. Wasted alot of hours playing video games, watching CornHub, stayed in every weekend, never really tried socializing with anyone or getting involved, was afraid to take risks, dating life was non existent, and I was lazy af at my job where I just wanted to do the bare minimum and go home. Rinse and repeat. I'm in my late 20s and making up for the time I wasted, it's not too late for me but I applaud the guys who get to do it sooner. So far I'm in the best shape of my life, gave up Corn, limited myself to 2 hours a week of video games on Sundays, force myself to get out of the house every weekend, reading more books, and improving my mental wellbeing. Still working on the dating life though 😂

    You aren't fully mature till 25 anyways. I did the same man. It doesn't matter. Now you have momentum. While the other guys who achieved everything young slow down you slowly catch up and outrun them. It's a journey. Just take what you know. At 24 I hit a super low point and realized I need to take all my regrets and use it now as a blessing. Without regret you never learn. People who say they have it together don't.

    I have been struggling with an incurable ear issue since I was 15, which left me severely handicapped when it came to socializing. I isolated myself most of the time. At 30 I realized life will pass by, no matter what. I had to decide to play the hand I was given, instead of feeling sorry for myself. It’s an uphill battle. But what the heck. I’m 32 now, and have developed far from the bottom I was at. But there’s still waaay more room to grow. Fortunately my 20s wasn’t completely wasted. I have built a couple of skills that I just now have started to utilize in my favor. Keep going lads. Life will eventually end, no matter how you played your hand.

    Ironically the most depressed I have ever been in my life was when I was making the most money, driving a Range Rover, and was dating beautiful nurses. It turned into an “ok now what” situation and began a rabbit hole of alcoholism because everything people work for, I technically had, and it filled zero voids. I would have preferred to backpack around the world but I let what the majority of people think they want, warp what I really wanted

    24:00 A few days ago I wanted 5 guys burgers. Amazing stuff and I love it. When I entered the cook was someone I knew way back in middle school 17 years ago. I’m 31 now. We had that initial look of “hey I know you but didn’t want to be the first to say” My god the years have not been kind to him. He looked miserable, over weight, he didn’t dress well, very off put by his appearance. He just looked like someone who gave up on life, stopped learning and improving after high school. After I got my burger I reflected upon myself and said “Thank god I did not listen to the negative people in my life who now live less than mediocre because I could’ve very easily been him” Imagine being 31 years old with no purpose and aspirations in life. That’s terrifying.

    been ghost most my entire 20s not going to partys dont going out much, just working at home (forrest, house renovation); playing video games watching prn, and studying engineering, now in my 30s still ghost mode, working in engineering, renovating a house and watching such vids (denmo) never talked to any woman out of work context or wifes from married friends felt not good most of the time, most demotivating for me is not knowing how to keep or meet people and build friendship, i have exactly one friend, all other people i meet are friends or relatives from that one friend, put myself in social situations for 5 years (15-20) but did not enjoy most of them, so i slowly started going less and less and now i mainly work for money, work at home or watch videos.

    My summarized plan for the next 3-5 years (I'm currently 25) is to get my body right, improve my mind and balance the two, share my opinions with the world, and get myself to the place I've been envisioning for the past 10 year give or take a few. I won't elaborate the finer details until I've either done them or find someone I can trust to support me as I wish I could have again. I'm only stating this because of the community Denmo is trying to create. My ma died on the 25th and I've been given a week off work to deal with everything and figure out where I am going to be living now and some of these things I intend to start or go harder on/in during this week and the rest of the year piece by piece. Don't let anything stop you from doing what you know you need to do, not death or even yourself. I am struggling with maintaining this mind-state, between my excessive A.D.D., issues with touch starvation and other biological issues I need to find effective help with. This is a seemingly impossible task to do without proper support so, I don't know how much I will succeed at it. I need to stop folding to the power of having a good woman on ones side driving/inspiring a man, but just a taste of that kind of connection to a woman was all it took to make me convinced I need a woman to do better and become the best me. I know I can be great on my own, but I want to be more than great. I want to make the world more than great. I know I can't do that alone. Because of this desire I'm stuck, I don't want to do it all on my own because then I will stay alone. I'm too afraid of becoming a bitter asshole that will push everyone away because he can't let them get too close all because I can't trust or allow anyone to get to know me due to thinking they don't deserve my best if they don't want to help when I'm low/weak/at my worst. I don't know how it sounds but that's it, I know my worth and my value, but no one else wants to take the time to learn it now so they shouldn't get to know me when I could help them. It's like a cycle of hatred and loneliness caused by others, continued through me and I don't want to encourage or allow that to continue because it is ruing the world and may ultimately destroy the planet and its inhabitants.

    I’m so sorry you Mom died, I’m sure that’s really hard to go through. It sounds like you’ve got a great plan for your life, and I hope you can find people around you to see you and support you for who you are. As a personal note, it helps me to know know that God loves me and has great plans for my life, and I find real joy in worshipping him and going to my church. Just wanted to comment that everything’s going to be great for you, just keep working hard, and I think it’s great that you commented words of wisdom for people.

    I'm a 24 years old soon to hit 25 and have lost my goal in life. Throughout my late teens and early twenties i have two big dreams: becoming a writer and a game developer. While being a writer is not on my mind now, i still have some bits of passion towards game development. The problem is though, in the process of chasing my dream i have very little social skill except for something formal, and have literally zero experience with girls (small highschool and small uni, never tried to search outside, turned down some cuz i was egoistic and always envision girls above my standard, even though i wasnt up to par). Now i inherited a hotel and a retail shop from my parent and i manage it everyday, raking in the mooney (though its mostly reinvested). i know im in quite the lucky spot financial wise, but i wasnt happy; I was stuck with doing things that wasnt my passion just cuz it felt 'responsible' to do so. And all of this wasn't the fruit of my effort, i always felt like i didn't deserve it - wasnt something i achieved, and it results in me having next to no confidence in most parts of my life, especially social. Sure i have money and some looks, but no humor, skillset, nor confidence. Is selfish, egoistic and empty inside. Oh and, the girl i like called me boring and walked away. Directions please?

    @@Cousinbiddy1 you need to be really careful marrying a younger woman of that age. Your odds of divorce jump to like 80 percent or something astronomical. Women aren't fully mature yet until latter 20s the earliest. One thing you can count on is women always changing. Once they hit their latter 20s, it's less changes. Most of the changes in likes and dislikes happen during the 20s. It's whey marriages or LTRs with college age girls end by her late 20s early 30s. Us guys as a rule don't really change. God just hard wired us differently so what ends up happening is that over the years she becomes essentially a whole new different person and will likely decide she doesn't want you anymore. So many men make the mistake of marrying a woman before she is ready and then they end up divorced, single father and lost half of everything. Instead of focusing on age whether her or you, focus on when you think you're ready Financially as well as being mature enough where you value and respect yourself and you're looking for mutual respect. You need to honestly ask yourself is there anything you'd regret and feel you missed out on if you get married now. The day you can truthfully say no, that's definitely one of the signs of being ready. For most guys, by the averages, with the economy and job market today, probably should consider marriage until you pass the age of 35. Everyone is different of course so take these as general rules. While I've dated college age women, I know they're not ready for marriage so I wouldn't set myself up for that fall.

    @antoniobrasse7157

    @@Cousinbiddy1 I didn't mention anything about age gap. I'm talking about when men and women mentally and practically mature. There are scientific studies on this. Women on average reach maturity between 27 and 32 and for men it's around mid 40s. Yes there's an age gap there, but I didn't refer to age gap dating. And you're also wrong with the nice guy bad guy thing. Nice guys aren't actually nice guys. They're evil and don't realize it but women sense it. If a guy is pretending to just be friends with a girl to get with her, he is not a nice guy nor a good guy. This has been extensively covered already. Normal women want a guy with an edge to him. Bad boys obviously have this, but a lot of good guys do as well. It's about triggering the excitement.

    I will admit, I sometimes still feel like an incel despite having a girlfriend, probably because I feel that my 20s were a waste, didn't have a serious relationship until the beginning of my 30s. It causes me to envy and resent couples out there younger than me, people who got to experience having a serious long-term relationship before I did and yes I know people will always say comparison is the thief of joy or don't compare yourself to others. But I believe it's always has been and always will be part of the human psyche, been that way since the beginning of time to feel upset and depressed when you feel you are not part of the norm. Because of that I feel like a forever permanent incel for all time, even when I did manage to get a girlfriend. So yeah even while I did have a girlfriend, I still felt like an incel.
