I was a kid watching it in the 80's I remember it was must watch viewing. I remember it being full of action, comedy, suspense and sometimes horror. But towards the end all I can remember is each and every episode being Bruce and Cybill's characters arguing non-stop . There was no cases to be investigated it was just them two in the office arguing and slamming doors and when it ended I remember everyone being sick of the show. I only ever watched the entire show once and I was a child so things may have actually been very different in the show. But when it was good it was great

I agree. But, as has been said: “it’s better to have lived and loved, than to have never lived and loved at all”. There’s not a single person that knew back then that our culture would decay by design, the way it has to this point. I too yearn for how inexplicably wonderful those days were, but I also think, wow, I’m so blessed and lucky that I got to live it and I know what it felt like.

I worked as a background extra on 2 episodes...one was on a Friday, and I saw myself on the show the following Tuesday night. We extras would sit with the crew, waiting for script pages to show up. The turnaround time for the show's editors was, well, unusual for a weekly series. Another time, we shot on the day of the Oscars. Cybill was happy to be released early as she had a party invitation. A number of us extras had to stay later...we had been shooting at a bar in an LAX hotel. We extras and Bruce were able to sit at the bar watching the Oscars on the TV while the crew finished setting up the final scenes for the day.

Some brilliant episodes, great show. Glad they did a reunion. Of course, I always hoped she'd play a "Die Hard" villainess/ex-girlfriend of John. That could have been so hilarious.

Very good show! I remember when it first was advertised to come out. Couldn't wait and was not disappointed! Never was! The very best to you all!

Still rate this as the show I loved the most, the 80's was a special time and this show was part of the reason why.

Moonlighting hit at that point in my life where everything changed. I remember distinctly the night I chose to go out vs stay and watch the show

I loved this show and was so sad when it went off the air. Bruce and Cybil were both so great together. I gotta figure where I can rewatch these. Also...I love that Bruce came to the interview in character.

All five seasons are now on Hulu. I believe Disney/FOX now has the rights.

I was 15, living in Ukraine, we watched all the episodes with my dad. The music, the actors, the Maddie's waist, Bruce's smile! Best ❤
