Memenade, I know not that many people watch you nowadays, but just remember, you were, are, and will be the true goat of making memes and I won't stop watching you. Love your content!

At 9:42, I am a baby-boomer. I had to take Industrial Arts, in school. In the Industrial Arts shop, we had to hammer forge a fireplace poker. The average baby-boomer knows more about blacksmithing than any 9th century Saxon that was not a blacksmith.

Just because you had to do it in school doesn't mean everyone else your age did.

@@ALLMINDmercenarysupportsystem It is possible that it only extended to everyone my age in the province of Ontario, Canada, but Industrial Arts classes seemed to be fairly ubiquitous, in Canada and the US. Being at the very tail end of the baby boom, even the girls got some compulsory woodworking and metalworking classes. The boys were taught enough Home Economics to follow a recipe, iron a shirt, do the laundry, and perform simple mending of clothing. If your generation lacked such classes, you missed out.

@richardbell7678 As far as I'm aware, at least Florida and Mississippi in the US had those classes, but they weren't mandatory and they didn't have them by the time I went to school (or at least Florida doesn't have them anymore, don't know about Mississippi).
