Give me back my money or class action lawsuits are coming.

This happened to me back in 2018 or so. I spent hours going in circles clicking links on their website trying to cancel the payments. Eventually I found a customer service number and waited 45 minutes before i was finally able to cancel. The funny thing was seaworld already had a class action lawsuit for this exact thing a year prior iirc.

I bought some annual passes but paid cash. Never got any extra charges. I’m smart

Busch gardens does it too when I bought my Busch gardens past you're forced to sign up for auto renewal you only choices to cancel that credit card before they renew it

They do tell you when you make the purchase that whichever promo price you are paying is only good for 12 months and that you will be billed at the normal rate after the 12 months unless you cancel before the 12 months are up. People just don't pay attention when making the purchase. Surprised this is even a story lol

I bought my Busch gardens pass in November and it expires in November of next year I thought it would include the Christmas shows I feel like I've been cheated

If you didn't read the fine print then it's your fault.

that should not be in fine print- it should be in bold. BTW, the fine print on you birth certificate says you are a dick.

It's not even fine print. It's plastered right on the screen. Literally the first thing I saw before I bought mine.
