And even though he's a joke character in gameplay, he's one of, if not, the STRONGEST character in Melty Blood from a story perspective.

Neco Chaos is based off Nrvnqsr Chaos Type Lumina has the remake characters and Nrvnqsr is not in the remake so yeah he won't be in it
