Childhood favourite
I made a mango, calamansi, and orange cookie like this and it was yummy. This video helped me figure out the right techniques to use. I would have cooked my cookies until they were brown 😂
Love your melting moments
I made these but substituted the buttercream with a white chocolate ganache, tasted incredible 😀👌

Yum!
My favorite butter cookie
For exact portion measurements, I use a small mechanical stainless steel ice cream scoop. It's so much faster
Love you Fran ❤❤❤
How much icing sugar did she put in the icing??
And how much butter in the icing??
Ty

since when did Australia decide it was the USA in using "Cup" measurements. With great ado in the 1970s, Australia converted to Metric measurements. Are we going backwards or are we being taken over? Thank God there is someone in the comments who has done the right thing that the Women's Weekly did not feel necessary to do!

There are two "Cup" measurements, Imperial and Metric. A lot of measuring cups have both.
Oh my goodness....great recipe.... but the cross-contamination you get with your flour bag and dipping fingers and forks in and out? Not a good role model thing that?
