Interesting mine uses eggs sted of oil. Will try this.i find either to hard to pip sometimes or doesn’t keep it’s shape. Will definitely try this recipe

Slm Fatima my resepie is exactly the same l sometimes sandwich it together with little apricot jam and dip both sides into melted chocolate dip some in melted chocolate and then in chopped up almonds or u can buy the chopped almonds thats ready made u can also use different chocolate like caramel colour or milky bar for a variety

Hello, thanks for this delicious recipe. I have made it several times now big hit with the family. Only thing is, I'm not sure if it's the recipe or something I'm doing wrong but they constantly come out very very very crumbly. I love how the melt in your mouth but not a fan of how crumbly they are to the point that they just fall apart while I'm dipping them in chocolate. Could you help me out here because I love them apart from whatbi mentioned above.

You my aunty are the Goon with food. We Malay people grew up seeing even our grannies using the Cape Malay books lol. I use so many of your recipes and I luuurve it. However I have seen people make your same exact recipes and it doesn't come out right🤣 so I have learned that you have to have a hand for cooking and baking. It can't be taught. It must be internally understood. When you cook or bake. The textures and smells and colors and flavors speaks to a person like art. Lol so in my home I as the husband do most of the cooking🤣🤣 Not bragging. Just saying that you have the hand for it

Yes you can. Just make sure it has a high fat content. Stork bake would be a good substitute.

Osmans in Gatesville (if you're in Cape Town) has those nozzles. I think the size she used is 844.
