This is sort of well thought out and engineered design that will render halogen automotive bulbs obsolete. No more "it won't get warm enough to keep the lens unfrozen" excuse, no more worries of external fan related troubles, no more overheating issues. That said, they should come in more types such as H4, H7, etc., as well as 3000K and 4300K colours.

@@HeadlightRevolution I'm very thankful that you all take the time and make sacrifices to demonstrate right from wrong. In this - OUR era - seeing is believing, and people see and follow what they see others do. For instance, the lining of those LED tubes onto the inside of the lens, "floating" halos that obstruct light, and I have seen a village idiot decorate his headlamp with Disney character figurines with strobing tubes like its a rave going on in there. I can send you the photos if you find this hard to believe. There is no line of sight of the bulb; or maybe there isn't one. But one of the things I'd like to ask you to address is the removal of the glare shield from any type of headlamp or forward lighting; unless you have addressed this already and I missed it. The theory people have is that it is obstructive, or they had to remove it in order to fit the oversized LED bulbs for which they paid $20 or to get the most from their plug-'n-play HID kits. Would you consider doing such a video? As I said, seeing is believing. I share much of your content within my numerous online communities because it is TRUE. I want them to see and hear it from the masters. Your video on what one should consider before buying LED bulbs is my most talked about and shared video you produced, and it threw a curved ball in the direction of Facebook Marketplace sellers. It hurt some feelings. But one entrepreneur decided to use that same video to boost the value of the junk he sells by saying that his brands use Philips ZES chips, but failed to mention the brand of the bulbs, which doesn't really matter. So what's the big deal if your bulbs use Philips ZES chips??? We both know that is not the only factor that makes a bulb great or high on performance, or worth the money. Even if it says so on the box or product information sheet, who can tell them apart from others, and do they really care?? So, would you be up for a demonstration of the removal of the glare shield and its impact?

I drove in the snow the other day to work, I couldn’t see crap after about 20 minutes. I almost drove off the side of the road. Only reason I could see is other people occasionally passing me. HOW TO FIX?!

Exactly my thoughts too! Too much heat not able to escape from the housing is worrisome. Test in 100 degree heat for 3 hours of testing and get back to me.

I agree they should test these when it super hot out and see how they hold up. I’m also worried about the heat staying trapped in the housing

I would assume that your bulb takes a D3S which means you would have to stick with HID replacement bulbs. You can never go wrong with Osram or Philips. What brand model is the bulb that failed?

So, apparently EU is going to legalize LED bulbs for road use in 2022. Do you think this is good? I think it is, here up north it gets dark at only 4 pm, so in the winter most people go and come off work in the dark. I'm just hoping these 2Stroke 3.0s get the required certification for road use, or there's a certified competitor that comes out.

😂even they’re not DOT approved I’m certain people will still use them on the road and they are actually a lot safer than most so called DOT approved bulbs

There's a ton of "offroad use only" bulbs out there. I would guess most retro fit leds on the roads are probably the non DOT bulbs. All 8 front bulbs are offroad bulbs in my truck! 🤫
