Great reaction Ashley! Funny I too just uploaded a video from my channel! Loved your reaction, each one you do just gets better! Now you just have to do "Look at Us Now", the first solo song from 5H's Ally Brooke with Lost Kings and A$AP Ferg. IT IS SO BOMB AND MORE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT IT.

OK BUT NO ONE NOTICES WHEN LIABILITY REPRISE CAME ON THE CAMERA MOVED? EVEN THE CAMERA IS SHOOK AND HONESTLY MOoD.
I don't like fade-out songs either, but in this case, it's actually brilliant because she uses this only on songs with a "flash back" theme. Like, it's vivid in her memory, but will go away slowly eventually. Brilliant.

Melodrama for me, is THE album of the year because the lyrics and the stories behind the beautiful tracks are brutal. Not only the lyrics, but the songs in general are unpredictable. Unlike other normal pop songs, Lorde doesn't give you that usual drop for the chorus. She doesn't give you the drop, but it's still a bop.

Mohibullah Awan I would have do disagree. My favourite is “the lights are on and they’ve gone home, but who am I? Oh how fast the evening passes, cleaning up the champagne glasses” Most relatable lyric I ever did hear
In Writer in the dark she was singing like if she was crying, that may be why you found it weird from her
she recorded her heartbeat for the boom boom boom so that we would all dance to the sound of her heartbeat.
It starts with a color; In this color lies the burst of emotions: anger, complexity, joyous, acceptance. They invite me to dance to the highs, and tell the stories I collected during the cab ride. This party place become the truth, and I danced with you as we miss each other’s hips; but what happens when all of this is over? Do we care? We pretend that we care. The third one was an explosion! Simply, we just feel the beat of the moment. And as the mythical car crashes in front of us, we continue to dance with the sound of the bomb. At this moment, we fell in love like children do. We dance with the music from the boom box; but when our love collided for everyone to listen, our ending beats changed the melodies of the songs. Despite this love, you still got bored. We find ourselves dancing like toys, And with us - images of our mirrors. Is this too much for me? for you? Now, please be tender with me. If you cut this thread like you cut open your gifts, these emotions would intensify to the level I can’t contain. It is hard, the aftermath of love - and I am alone. How would you spell something without love in it? Is this it? Is this how you would spell something without love in it? The party place slowly shifted away from truth, and we feel this lonely sadness in joy. We clean the glasses, mop the spilled liquor. It’s dawn, and the blue color makes sense to me now. I’m sorry if I locked this in the heart of a poet. It’ll forever live in melancholy there, despite how old the sun gets; I hope I’d change when we see to dance again. As I ride to this house party once more, I can only extend my arms to reach the air, and you come to me a montage of memories. In my head, I thought I couldn’t do anything wrong. What am I going to do? If I still radiate the guy you’ll get bored with, maybe, I am not the what you thought I were. After a series of sad rides and dances and tones, I am now in my perfect happy place. I enter the party and forget to see your face, I surely wouldn’t seem dead by this night. It starts with green, it ends with a blue.

I Don't understand how AND why I'm JUST NOW SEEING your epic review/ reaction a whole 2 years later!!! I can't freaking wait for more Lorde music. ❤
I discovered you with this video years ago, I had completely forgotten it and I thought I found your movies channel before but then I rediscovered this video. I came for lorde and I stayed for you.
Gosh this reminded me of when I first heard the album I felt just like that. Still my favorite artist to the day
Visiting this video again because it never gets old
I’m not usually a fan of the fading out in songs but it works perfectly in supercut imo just for that feeling when you’re in that place playing back a relationship in your head, and thinking about it, it almost like fades away as your mind plays it all back and you start to dwell on what you would’ve done differently in hindsight - which is why I LOVE the use of “in my head I do everything right” repeating as it fades
I'm beginning to feel the years that are upon me, but you give me hope. LOVE
i love the transition between supercut and liability (reprise). it has like the same ambient sound and note and ya whatevs
I just listened to this album an hour ago--MY GOD I LOVE IT! The outro of the Louvre is divine
THIS was my favorite melodrama reaction. You're so funny!
Lorde has gotten me through 2020 and 2021 I can't wait for her return when she tops the charts
