It start like some gi theme and switch to fkin fatalis theme

This ost fits so well with the current patch in cn. From what i noticed there is a lot of cosmic horror kind of motif at the current patch and i can't wait for the story to drop in global. The bosses are so cool man I'm excited.

That unexpected unsynched drop is amazing. It gives me chills. And the chorus is between cursed and holy, I don't know how you did that. Very cool

it feels like you one vs one with boss and the battle reaching final move.

As expected from Vanguard, dropping banger as usual

Macro will have an eargasm when he react to this song

WHAT A DROP ! From beginning to end such variety of ambience & insane buildup with those vocals and ramping up tempo... This changes a lot from the usual composers, but I ain't complaining it was amazing !

While you guys outdid yourself with the orchestral score once again, as a trance enjoyer, I have to say I miss the more electronic elements of the older tracks. Personal opinion.

I have mixed feelings regarding the current OST. It's not bad, it provides a Dark Souls vibe, but I'm not sure if it's what PGR needs. I repeat, it's not that it's bad, but in my opinion, it doesn't quite fit the game. More than a critique, it's an unpopular opinion.

It's not an unpopular opinion, I'm sure a lot of people feel this way as well.. I personally got into PGR just because of the trance music (like Lamia, Narwhal and Dust for example) so the current direction they're going with the OST, while definitely not bad, is also not what I expected to see. I would love to hear more from Haloweak and GhostFinal, but it seems their focus are not PGR at the moment.

It's just that in the last 2 years we got used to electronic music which we will agree is very simple and direct, and the way they were made was very good and served very well. so vanguard got more budgets just like pgr now has more budget for its storytelling... so for me currently with pgr's storytelling they match very well, the moments of tension gained even more impact thanks to this type of music. It's a type of music that gives even more immersion in the story that is being told. people who are not following history and certainly contextualizations will find this current music direction very contrasting to what they have known before
