I agree, something's not right with Pauly and I feel it stronger and stronger. I wouldn't be surprised if the brothel story is true but I don't think that's why he never had the intention of marrying Dolores. I believe Pauly makes his money in some similar doubtful way like Luìs does and I can see why those two likes to hang out together. Paul will never divorce his wife and he will never marry Dolores, why? Because he simply doesn't want to marry Dolores.

Anyone can be sued for anything but if it’s a frivolous lawsuit the chances for a motion to dismiss and 2 or attorneys fees are higher. It’s a case that would be impossible to prove. Without the “but for” causation, the tort statute won’t be met and they would most likely lose or not get past go.
