I don’t understand how they can afford the mortgages and the maintenance on properties this size , im sure her and joe are only worth something like $3 combined , don’t get me wrong I know that isn’t just a bit change in your pocket but the up keep must cost a fortune coz she ain’t cleaning that house so a cleaners salary is just one outgoing to contend with 🤷‍♀️

They get cheaper mortgages because they get them as construction for re-selling purposes but they have to sell in 2 years. This is why they keep changing houses. I don't think they have any savings either. I think they use her salary to keep up with the Joneses. Joe barely has a HS diploma and she went to school to be a teacher. So no real careers.

To all those Talking trash about the Gorgas house, watch what happens when Teresa won't have one when Louie takes her for the big ride and takes the house, the money and get them both sent back to prison. Yes they do my God they have people over at their shore house all the time and they been building this new one the past year and a half dam u people can't give this poor lady a break and this house is beautiful a lot of people aredoing this color palette and clean lines it's very elegant!!!

why do i find this family boring. i can't believe the way her husband treats his sister first joe now louie. he does not want his sister to be happy. i never like melissa or her husband. without teresa that should would flop. because melissa and her husband are so boring.

Melissa and Joe were renting the home they were in on the show while they were building their dream home. At that time Teresa hadn’t even bought a home with Louie yet. Just because she isn’t rushing into something new and shiny doesn’t mean when she has it it’s to compete with her sister in law. They both have different taste.
