Honestly, I feel there’s gonna be many romantic options than just 2 like in Hades. Could be false for all I know. I just hope Moros is an option at least; I love my sheltered Doom boy so much

Got the feeling Icarus is the true love interest, like how Than was for Zag.

It explains so much that she overextended herself and “lost” her arm to help Icarus. Both why they’re so connected and how they are alike.

@@Aleph-Noll i couldn’t say, it’s not clear rn exactly what she was attempting. From Icarus’s concept art, it looks like he has injuries likely from his legendary fall even in death so maybe she was trying to heal those. Maybe we’ll get that answer in the full game.

Dont blame him. It feels like it's been so long since I've seen a female character that's not in some way "spicy" or "edgy" if that makes sense. She is just sorta a no-nonsense and genuine person. But also very kind and polite, like Zagreus, though he was more mischievous maybe. I've heard some people call her boring for it, but I cant get enough of her character, she's just so appealing to me. Does anyone else feel this way?

​@boccusu1657 Its something I like about both Zagreus and Melinoe, they are both just great people that anyone would like to be around. It's the kindness and politeness that they extend to pretty much anyone that does it I think. Too many characters are abrasive and arrogant nowadays imo. Or just emotionally immature in some way.

He better be a RO option in the full release. These two are so cute and sweet together, no drama necessary.

Melinoe and Icarus is so adorable. I think they were something, but the mishap with the arm put a stop to it. I think we get a glimpse of lingering feelings. They seem like good friends.

That's the thing about ritual and curse and incantation. Icarus's fate was to reach too far and be punished for it. To try to undo such a punishment . . . Is an *overreach* - even an amateur could guess what comes next.

They’re so damn cute. So many possible romance choices and all SO GREAT! On one hand Moros is a perfect choice and he’s amazing, on the other Icarus already has a history with Mel, then there’s “rivals to lovers” happening with Nemesis and her…decisions decisions

He's still a shade, but she helped him retain his form and memories. Most shades tend to become a generic green blob instead of retaining their mortal form

asa butterfield did an amazing job as the voice of icarus - was so weird when i thought i recognised the voice haha

Very cheeky to have Icarus himself teach her not to "fly too close to the sun". Her reckless confidence cost her an arm the same way Icarus' cost him his life.

Moral of the story: don’t toy around with necromancy. I also recommend not doing it properly. Just don’t, ok? You’ll join them eventually, and dragging someone back from their afterlife because you miss them is just clingy. Also, summoning a skeleton army out of the depths for your personal schemes is both disrespectful to their past lives, and proves that you lack the people skills to lead a group of associates legitimately.
