We are planning on booking for the end of February, early March. Some have commented that the food is terrible. But I’ve been to places that had fantastic food and I read horrible reviews posted by people who were on the same resort at the same time as us.

Hello, very accurate your observation, the food in the hotels is a point where you will always find many opinions divided, for some it will be very good and for others horrible, although it is true that in Cuba one of the weak points of the Hotels is the food but that does not mean that it is always bad, it depends on each person and their tastes. This is a new Hotel and one of the best in Varadero, I have not had the privilege of visiting it but as a Cuban I do not think the food is so bad, some friends who have visited it have not had any complaints about the food. But my recommendation is that you contact the hotel and ask them to send you some photos of the food they serve, I'm sure they will gladly help you. we just came back from this resort last weekend. food was good alot of variety, you will find something to eat. this was our third time to cuba .... this was by far the cleanest resort that we have stayed at in cuba. alot of entertainment and music. if you want some piece and quiet you might want to book the level..... or hand at the beach.

Es un hotel increiblemente bien cosntruido, pero en Pandemia no esta a la altura de las circunstancias en sus servicios.

sabes algo de si hay que presentar alguna prueba de pcr o algo asi antes de hospedarse

@@frankleon8031 Hola si hay que presentar el pcr negativo, pero para sacarlo es muy engorroso y además demoran demasiado, debes pagarlo con tarjeta de crédito no aceptan otro medio de pago. Saludos

Hey nice to hotel but it doesn't scream out CUBA to me!. Had a very cold modern feel to it. I don't get that warm fuzzy tropical. Vibe when I look at this video. Definitly they went too far trying to Americanize the shit out of this hotel.
