People here complaining about food and entertainment, you gotta leave the resort if you want a real experience for a couple day trips. Go to Havana and go on a fishing trip
2:36- is the parasailing an additional cost? If so, how much? Great in depth video, by the way!
we stayed in Adults only level , really nice, but entertainment is nil, and minimum in the rest of the hotel

is the water in the pool salty??
Just spent a week there from the 25th-30th Dec 2022. Beautiful resort, Extremely Bad service from staff even with generous tipping, entertainment was pitiful. Will not be going back to this resort.

Leaving at 5am tomorrow. Fantastic. Have you been to Cuba before? The service is definitely not like in mexico.

@@d13x001 been to Cuba 12 times. Mexico 8 times, Dominican 4 times. The resorts biggest worry was that my group doesn’t leave with the beach towels 😂. Hope you have a better experience.

Was it busy with tourists? Why was the entertainment pitiful? Not enough or no variety? Is the entertainment outside? I am going there in 10 days….I hope I am not disappointed!
