It will be promoted, Fiji just needs to continue strengthening its domestic comp so that the clubs can even the competitiveness in the Cup with their PNG brethren clubs. Now that they have a team in the NSW lower tier comp, it should be a boost.

So similar in apearence

Let's just say that they have a lot to learn about playing smart rugby since its also about brains and not just brawn. And you might also want to forgive them for having that union mindset when they sometimes forget that a penalty goal is 2 points in league like a try conversion and not 3.
