I got the Byzance Dual crash and the traditional medium thin crash But man low key that classic dual sounds clean plus the foundry is golden

That dual crash is like an explosion! Trashy, quick and clean. Better for accents than crash-riding imo

Meinl team, another great video! Dig the Polyphonics & Traditional Extra Thins. But if you're reading this - please create a 19" Byzance Jazz Extra Thin Crash, a 19" Byzance Sand Crash & a 19" Pure Alloy Custom Extra Thin Hammered Crash! I feel they're the only ones left in the puzzle and would love to own one as part of my collection some day. I know and believe they will all be a hit! 🎯 Nonetheless, that 19" Classics Custom Dual Crash low key sounds the cleanest that the brand has at the moment. ✨

I’m really happy they made a video comparing all the 19” crashes. But hearing them all makes me wish Meinl had some 19’s that sounded a little higher or brighter than these. I miss the MB10 line, and nothing replaced it

If you want to play chinking crashes you could buy the cheapest cymbals. They always sound super high. In my opinion you have so much more musicality and versatility with these cymbals shown in this meinl vid.

It’s funny how the “dark” crash is the brightest of them all.

For the next comparison video, I'm requesting 5 hits on each, let them ring out, and don't play anything else - so I can sample them 🙂
