The divine dog is not tamed, it is given.

What if when all the 10 shadows get destroyed, Megumi gets totality buff of all of them. If he gets abilities of Mahoraga, he could easily be a special grade. I can see it being the end game of JJK if Sukuna bodies everyone else.

Spoiler alert Can you just imagine a Mahoraga regeneration paired with the Deer's regeneration, having Nue's lightning+wings and being able to run really fast causing him to do more damage like Piercing Ox, Having the ability to flood a place like the Elephant, The Strength and Claw of both divine dogs and Tiger Funeral and being able to grow in size using Orochi? Yeah nah no thanks I'd rather fight Sukuna at that point.

I wondered what happened to Orochi. Sukuna just flexed, popped it, and it was never mentioned again. haven’t seen a totality with the snake, never mentioned that one of his ten shadows was destroyed forever and didn’t even really seem upset about it despite it seeming like one of the more difficult ones for him to have tamed at his current rank at the time.

Assuming you're anime only, I'll put a spoiler warning. Continue at your own risk. Orochi is shown to have been absorbed into Nue when Sukuna summoned it, hence the tail. Gojo also states that it has combined with Nue when he was breaking down which shikigami were combined to form Chimera Beast Agito. Agito is a combination of: 1) Nue, which had inherited Orochi via Totality 2) Round Deer 3) Funeral Tiger

@@chrisg5219 At the moment, we have no reason believe that the deer and the tiger were destroyed. Sukuna just fused them with Nue Totality to create Agito. It's the same as Megumi's "Bottomless Well" that combined Gama with Nue. Neither of those shikigami are destroyed.

Totality is way stronger than just combining 2 shikigami power. The Totality dog has enough destructive power comparing to Yuji blackflash, maybe even more. So the curse energy used probably way more than juse summoning 2 shikigami at the same time.

Yeah, I like the idea of "feeding" shadows until you have 1 left to challenge mahoraga

I thought the way totality worked was it gave the ability to the next shikigami megumi learns to summon since ten shadow users have a specific order they learn to summon shikigamis

Are shinigami tied curse technique or can any make shinigami with their curse energy?

Bruh I hate how megumi can fuse his shadows without the fear of them dying and he barely uses it.

Other than anime logic, how do ten shadows users know about Totality? Do new users get the chance to recapture the old user’s destroyed shadows? Or was the technique called [higher number] shadows technique before Megumi inherited it? Edit: Manganimist actually addressed my questions in a prior Mahoraga video I saw after commenting, saying the shadows are individualized and reset for each user to obtain by ritual. Rather than delete my comment, I’d rather leave it in case someone else wondered the same thing.

I feel like it's the third option. When a shikigami dies a random shikigami gets his powers without the intervention of the user

So it’s like the XP gets transferred to the others when they die.

It's Kenjaku's domain, because as we seen (in manga and anime) the sorcerer can summon only their own domain: Sukuna, in Megumi's or Yuji's body can summon only his own, "Shrine domain", no "Chimera Garden"(Megumi's domain) or no existing Yuji's domain. So when Kenjaku uses the domain, he uses his own, because we don't even know, if Geto had domain expansion. The main thing is Kenjaku's "binding vow", where: 1. His domain has an open barrier 2. He can choose what technique is being used as a sure hit, for example he only used "Antigravity system", because it's the only useful "attack" technique for domains.

It belongs to geto since a domain is created based by the users ct for example Mahitos ct-idle transfiguration and we can see the domain is based off his ct Jogos ct-fire and again same as mahito You can see many example like:sukuna,dagon,naoya etc So the domain we saw in manga was manifested by curses meaning it was geto's domain not kenjakus My theory could be wrong tho

his technique has this feature I forgot what it is called that lets him store items not sure for people tho in his shadow, the only drawback to this is that he carries the weight of what he is carrying, like if he stores a 50-pound dumbbell in his shadow then he's gonna feeling that

He transfered them into his innate domain. A domain is a separated dimension with different spacetime continuum, that's why he can store things inside. but since the mass is conserved, he has to carry the mass of things inside his shadow like part of his body. Similar to Toji inventory curse. Like keeping playful cloud in his stomach for example.

Couldn't megumi do the summoning ritual again to tame the lost shadows a second time?

Imagine mahoraga totality

For me "Totality" is just an aspect ofthe divine dogs,rabbit escape or the frogs because they are MULTIPLES SHADOW. Rabbit escape seems resemble the MOONLIT RABBIT like Kaguya of Naruto or even Usagi from Sailor Moon is inspired by that mithology. As for the frogs there's a yokai that resembles a giant demonic frogs like Orochi or the Nue. Finally there's the possibility that Totality involves the countless numbers of Ten Shadows inside Chimera Garden's of Shadow.

SPOILER ALERT !!! The technique’s potency also varies greatly depending on Cursed energy output. The Nue summoned by Sukuna was gigantic. Unlike anything we’ve seen from Fushiguro. It was epic. Furthermore, attributes and « techniques » of the beasts can be used without manifesting them. The user sort of equips himself with an aspect of the beasts’ power.

Spoilers We did see another totality, at least in the manga; it was nue and seemingly orochi Nue was HUGE and had orochi as a tail. And instead of just electricity, it rained lightning But then there's also agito and idk anymore

so, wait, since Orochi (The Great Serpent) was completely destroyed, why haven't we seen a totality of that on another Shikigami yet? Manga readers, try to not give any spoliers, but will we ever see that in the anime?

Two separate things. Curse spirits = born from leakage of curse energy from non sorcerers. The more negative feelings people have towards a place or a concept the longer it takes for that curse to be born but when it does it’s very strong. Shikigami= looks like a curse spirit but is part of a curse technique if the technique is shikigami based. Bascially Pokémon
