Todos los años disfruto mucho en estas fechas de estas carreras. Allez Allez!!! Saludos desde Granada. En mi ciudad tenemos el Veleta y el Mulhacen, en Sierra Nevada. De 3330M a 713M es como desde la cima del Veleta (3392M) hasta la ciudad de Granada (sobre 600M). Es una gran diferencia de altitud y una buena distancia de kilómetros. Así que entiendo perfectamente la altitud que bajáis en estas carreras. Felicidades por la carrera, Damien, y te dejo like. Gracias por ir comentando mientras corres, que poca gente lo hace.

I dont use a miuntain bike at all but have got into the habit of watching these Megavalance - I do run mountain marathaons so it is good seeing another mountain sport on the kinds of moutains I run on

I love the start on ice and snow with absolutely no friction to speak of sometimes at more than 90 km/h and there is a turn to negociate. I mean it's bound to generate crashes. It does ha ha.

It's so sad to see how the condition of snow is getting worse every year. Less and less snow and always softer... I'm afraid that there won't be any snow at all in few years...

Not true about snow ! It snowed a lot, way more than 2022. Older racers said the conditions were close to 2017. But you're right about the snow, it's very soft... they are lucky to have it packed by a machine before the start, but they still should start way earlier, before the sun does some meltin'

(énorme le Borat dans la montée du col 😂) J'étais au col mais j'avais oublié de repérer ton numéro j'avais que celui de Maxime 😳 Beau run en tous cas, même si vous êtes pas des racers, vous avez fait de belles courses les 2🤘 J'vous ai recroisé après la course, je remontais faire du bike park en élec, vous descendiez sur la station

This shows how a mountain bike can become an amazing extension of your body, Oh and fitness levels needs to be high, lol... This land is stunning, And I thought I was blessed living in Wales and being Welsh lol, In the Welsh mountains though it always got a nasty cloud above it, lol, I love my country though I would love to spend a month in that little village, It looked stunning, I bet life is bliss waking up with views like that, It looks like a special place that is for sure.....

Maybe it's just me, but I think either the bike or the mic is better than usual. This video sounds so much better, to me, than other ones of the same race, same course.
The snow is so much softer than it was for the Mountain of Hell races a few weeks ago. Weather getting warmer up on the glacier perhaps?
