The scene that touched me the most was when Danielle got the little old man out of jail and ran home to reunite with his sweet little wife - them approaching each other just melts my heart every time & was such a sweet gesture and sacrifice from Danielle. ❤️

My grandma adored this movie. She loved how strong the women characters in the film were. She just passed away a month ago at the age of 90.

This is still one of my favorite movies of all time!!

Ever After brought me so many calm moments in my life and helped when I felt lonely. I'm 32 and just watched it again a few weeks ago. I love the message, I love the spin on such a famous fairy tale, and I just love all the characters. It's the one film I can watch back to back and my mental health just gets so much healthier afterwards. I had a moment recently where I was worried "If Drew didn't have a good time...I might not like the film anymore". And I'm so happy it was so impactful for her, and it only makes this film that much more special. The fact that it transformed her life makes so much sense why it impacted ours. That energy was transferred to us. We felt it <3
