cold press is astronomically better for your health. heating the seeds creates pathogens.

So why do they say it is not healthy to consume seed oils?

unfortunately people fall into all sorts of traps about health, they are absolutely neurotic, and the reason is simple, "healthy" product companies are greedy companies too, they spread disinformation about their rival products to create a state where only their "healthy" (and usually very expensive) products are the healthy ones.

No mate, oil evaporation point is absurdly high, it's not like water.
