The objective of an official tour is to show respect for the country and their culture. You are there to strengthen the relationship between tne two nations. You can pull the socially fashionable late thing in America for parties no one cares about, but in another country, NO CAN DO!! Charles can’t remove Harry’s title as a prince but he can certainly minimize his role (his choice anyway). The titles of duke and duchess should be removed. They are an embarrassment to the folks of Sussex. Psychiatric care should be offered.

Technically, the Duke and other titles were gifted by the monarch, therefore I believe can be rescinded by the monarch. The titles of prince and princess are also a gift from the monarch, even though he was born and titled prince, if he publicly sides against, previously in ww1, princes etc titles were removed by the monarch as the people were fighting for Germany against the UK. So if he really screwed up, that can be removed too.

​​@@Wunderturd2 Prince Harry's noble titles were gifted by the Monarch but can only be removed by Parliamentary legislation, such is the law in our Constitutional Monarchy. It would be possible for the King to put the Prince title into abeyance, or even remove it, but that may cause constitutional issues, so would be a very last resort. We will have to wait and see on that one, the Royals like to play a long game.

KC can easily remove "prince" from H and the invisibles with letters patent signed by the monarch. Quick and easy. Parliament not required. There is precedence for this on this country and other European Monarchies. KC needs to get on with it. This has all gone too far and will only get worse unless their perceived status is officially reduced.
