I have to wonder, with kid's and young Adult's being Dumbed down through drugs and lack of schooling, who is going to design intricate products and car's and bridges that will work and function as well as they do in this time period. most kids coming up nowadays can't even do basic math or read, and certainly do have the skills to understand how things function. how are they going to advance society and move forward.??

These are temporary solutions at best. I believe the human species will transcend cognitively to find solutions that are more flexible and able to adapt to changing environments. Nonetheless, it is interesting to witness such solutions despite knowing it will be viewed by future generations the way we view those of our forebears.
