Construction , a crane with a 1000 tonne lifting would only be able to lift that weight with the jib straight up in the air , ie very close to the base of the crane , say just to unload a section , it would not be able to lift a beam weighing a 1000 tonne into place as stated in the above video

При этом, как показала практика, даже кинобабами можно в космос пулять, и ниче. А вот ехать на этом всю оставшуюся жизнь, залезть на этой волне в парламент, а под старость впасть в религиозный маразм и креститься на каждом повороте. Была бы она партийной давалкой типа НяшМяш - еще ниче, а вот для космобабы это полный закат.

There is an old joke. What is an American university? A place where a Russian professor teaches mathematics to Chinese students. It just so happened historically since the times of the USSR that Russian engineers practically do not study at universities in America or Europe.
