    Sir, you didn't cover compounding of investment. If an investor do not draw his profit monthly, will it automatically be invested with the principal amount of investment in next month?

    All meezan funds transfer the dividends to your account directly. If u want to re-invest it then u need to request with your sales person to re-invest the dividends. Compounding is very important effect but it starts to show colors after 12-15 years and unfortunately Pakistani people are not that patient.

But inshaAllah i will do it with my own money, little but steady and its the best time to learn from market

    Very informative. I have a question if you please answer, it would be great. Under the heading Asset Allocation, there is "Placements with Banks and DIFs". Can you please explain about this? If Meezan is an Islamic Bank, why does it lend money to other Banks, and when other banks borrow money from Meezan Bank what do they give in return? If other banks are paying interest to Meezan Bank, and the Meezan Bank is sharing this amount with their customers, how can it be halal? Can you also explain what is meant by " Others including Receivable". Thanks in advance, jazak'Allah

    placement in banks and other DIFs means that this bank gives loan to other banks or purchase other debt investment funds. now placement in bank can be debt or it can be converted in business terms like muzarba or musharka. so Now islamic banks are placing their funds in other banks in form of muzariba agreement or musharika agreement hence avoiding interest. similarly DIFs are usually bonds, but in islamic banking banks are investing in sukuks which are also based on muzariba or musharika terms to avoid interest. Hence these are halal. Furthermore if you are still not convinced or confused, you can contact with sharih advisor of bank and clarify your doubts. Afterall the law is: if their is interest then it is haram. and if someone you trust (Bank Shariah advisor) is giving gurantee that his bank funds are interest free then you can trust them.

    Is modaraba account better n what about pension funds

  • @financebybooksbaracket

    @financebybooksbaracket

    2 ай бұрын

    - Modaraba accounts are yielding lower profits. It would be more beneficial to invest in mutual funds. - Consider the pension fund as a viable option, but only allocate money that you won't need for the next 25 years.
