Meeting Your Ancestors - A Guided Meditation with Reiki
Your ancestors have a message for you!
Join me for a special guided meditation experience on this night of All Hallows Eve, when the veil between the worlds is thinnest, to go deep within ourselves and meet one of our distant ancestors. While channeling the Divine Love of Reiki, I will guide you through the corridors of your mind to meet your wise and ancient relative, where you can receive guidance, wisdom, and whatever support you need to help you on your life's journey.
Samhain, Halloween, or All Hallows Eve, is a wonderful time for ancestral work. Connecting with ancestors and dearly departed relatives, working on generational healing, and receiving support and expressing love and gratitude for those loved ones who have passed on are all great things to do on this special night of the year.
So before you dive into this meditation, ask yourself: what wisdom or guidance are you looking for? In what areas of your life do you feel lost or need a nudge in the right direction? In what ways are you being called to heal generational trauma or wounds? I recommend finding a quiet place to experience this video where you will not be disturbed. Wear loose or comfortably fitting clothing, and get real cozy as you settle in and focus mindfully on your breathing. Allow what happens to happen, and set your intentions with love. I made peace with my feelings about my father’s death. I said goodbye to both of my grandmothers. Three people from my family showed up. Their energy was so beautiful and comforting. This experience was so sacred, I got to connect with my Taino ancestors as a Puerto Rican individual. One told me, “you are loved, you are safe, you are protected.” And they transported me to what it was like back then before coming back. And gave me a blessing within my heart. It was beautiful.
