@codebracker First time I played The Elder Scrolls: Online my Warden ate a mushroom called, “emetic russula,” and discovered that it had the Drain Stamina trait. An emetic, for anyone who doesn’t know, is something that makes you throw up.

When you play a sorcerer he’s a bit of an ass 😂 “I have the same magic as you” “oh I’m sorry, I was asking are you *studied* in magic. Which you are not.”

(Karlach is very similar in that regard tbf) but Astarion is a complete drama queen- its much more like trying to bully Dorian, of course theyre going to completely sass you. XD (I still tried to bully the mage) watching Astarion and Dorian bitch is soooo much fun.

Gale condescendingly calling my paladin unlettered(illiterate) because when he asked if i was magically adept i said no(understanding that he meant in a highly adept way) had me in stitches. since then i've been making him carry around a ton of books. hey, what do i need them for? enjoy lugging that library around.

I love that bit "it looks slightly dangerous." So, *let's touch it!* ... I love the hand slap. XD

I love that no matter what type of playthrough someone is doing, its law to smack the hand

i had a hard time doing playthrough with short tavs because of the height difference, it's mentally impossible to me to do romances while being super short like that. but recently i did start one with a gnome and it's really super cute ! i love the way the whole party be looking at me when i talk with other small characters 😭

i love the beef between sorcs and wizards, wizards are just studious nerds while sorcs i believe are just born able to wield magic

Sorcerers in my head represent those who can learn but aren't book smart. They learn bc of passion and it works for their magic. Kind of like any person who learns how to swim bc they realize they are actually pretty good at it and love the idea of learning more.

a wizard is certain to be a nerd, sorcs while able to be nerds are only certain to be genetically gifted. so if you want someone with a lot of knowledge, it's more likely the powerful wizard to know of tadpoles than a powerful sorc, even if not impossible, just not statistically probable.

I'm ngl i thought gale was a little annoying at first but ive grown to really like this silly goofy man.

I really like the apprentice response lol. Kinda shows me what professor gale is like 😅

Sorcerers can actually try to stablize it! I succeded on that, though it does little else other than Gale going "oh! Whatever you did, thanks, it seemed to help a bit! Now can you pull me out of here?"

All of the magically inclined classes can do that...

This is very different to my Tav's attitude to Gale. I haven't played that far yet, still in act 1, but I'm playing a sorcerer/bard who's wound up absolutely smitten with him. My headcanon backstory involves all of her magic having come to her fairly recently, and I like to imagine she's fascinated with the idea of someone who can actually *explain* to her the things she does.

I keep laughing because when Gale says "Mystra's elbow" the subtitles/cc I have on show it as mistress elbow XD I'm sure it'll be ages before I get to see this organically, as I almost always have Gale in my party, so I don't make wizards, so I really appreciate this video and seeing Gale's reactions.

Pffff amateur. My first char is a Wizard - I travel with Gale. We are theWizatd Powercouple xD (I gave him 2 levels in Bard so he can be the ultimate Support - I gave my Durge 1 level in Tempest Cleric to get the Water spell - together we stop climate change! ((we freeze/electrocute everything)))

The problem for me is I tend to burn out easy, and since Gale is often in my group as a wizard, I have hundreds of hours of playing a wizard, so playing two at once would likely burn me out. Your play through does sound pretty fun though. :) My latest play through I was playing a Wild Magic Sorceress for a Gale romance. Sadly, my PC died last month, so I haven't been able to play in awhile. I was thinking of making Gale a Necromancer for that campaign, as I wanted to keep him a wizard but also try something different. Though if I do go that route I plan on getting some mods to flesh that spec out a bit.
