Stop calling him underage, according to New rule after Nirbhaya, he can be tried as adult

If he is treated as a minor, then his father who treated him as an adult and gave him the right to ride a Porsche on his own needs to be given appropriate punishment as a person responsible to cause the murders and should be treated as a guardian who should take the responsibility of causing it

Thanks barkha for taking up this issue. How can some kill 2 people. With a CCTV footage and several witnesses get a bail in 15 hours. Pathetic state of judiciary. Feel so disgusted and angry.

Did RTO Pune checked the car sale details ? It was on temporary registration at Bangalore pending RTO pune registration. Earlier Bangalore was known for high-end luxury car illegal deals.

Why many serious crimes and suside matters in India the police doesn't event investigate no FIR and close the case how can we expect justice for normal citizens..

We have to elect better leaders from now on. The govt should serve the public and not the other way around. Public needs to get together to impeach incompetent losers who dare call themselves leaders or ministers.
