Well hello again. It’s been a minute. Working on this for the past three months has been a really unique experience for me, and I’m so happy that it’s finally finished. I really hope you guys like it. I’ve missed you all a lot over the past few months. I’m really happy to be able to talk again and I’m looking forward to getting back to creating content. Absolutely loved this video. As a long time mariners fan, I can feel the struggle of being so close and yet failing time and time again. Dodger fan here. Incredible documentary and really interesting. I hope the best for the Mets. My first playoff game live was game 5 losing to the Mets. Shit broke my heart, but I hope the best for the Mets going forward. I was also on the Brodie train when he first got hired.

I’m excited for the Mets in the next upcoming years. However, Cohen shows some signs of corruption and I think it’s unwise to blindly follow him without knowing his long term plan for the organization. It’s always good to stay cautious since some things may be too good to be true.

This might be the best video I have seen on KZread and I’m not even a Mets fan

It's pretty incredible to see the audacity some people have in regards to themselves. Like I hated the Wilpons, but I'm not some big Mets fan. Yet, realizing how much this fanbase hated these owners, and Jeff Wilpon STILL fighting to keep control when there was little to no support to that idea is amazing. He sucked at his job, was clearly an arrogant jerk, people constantly wishing him away and he still thought "I'm gunna stick around". Absolutely incredible stuff.

The Mets’ last game in Shea is also one of the first games I can ever remember watching. I still remember watching Church’s fly out and being disappointed when it was short of the wall. Crazy stuff.

Nicely done. I've been a Mets fan for 52 years, I've seen enough heartbreak and sheer dumbfounded incredulity over those years to last several lifetimes. I am cautiously optimistic for the future. These are the Mets, what can go wrong usually will, and how the organization deals with that when it happens will be crucial. So far, Ownership has said and done a lot of good things, it is encouraging. If only somebody could talk him into buying the Jets and end that miserable part of my sports life.

Man, you hit the nail on the head with this one. From one lifelong Met fan to another, here's to a bright and prosperous future!

A+ on this documentary! Thrilled with Steve Cohen! Also I’m very happy Sandy Alderson is back. Sandy was unfairly criticized by the Wilpons and some of the fan base.

Every time I watch this video, it gives me chills. This was made with a deep personal connection and dedication to this team. I think this video can honestly describe how all fans feel of this team. I’m beyond excited for this team for the first time since first learning about baseball when I was just a kid. Since watching 2006. Since 2015. I love this team with out an ounce of wavering. LFGM 2021!

This is a fantastic video. I think it’s really hard to sum up the gut wrenching pain it’s been to be a Mets fan for the past few decades, but you did so perfectly. Looking forward to the new leadership. It really is a different feeling to have the Mets be involved in top free agent talks for once.

This is incredibly put together. Made me cringe remembering the Bruntlett unassisted triple play, Glavine’s implosion, and almost every other moment from 07 on, but we’ve finally got hope on the horizon.

Was a diehard Mets fan growing up, watched them religiously from 1987 to 2009. I too got tired of having my heart broken by the owners of this team and haven't watched a single game since 2009. Good to see the Wilpons are gone, hell I might start watching again. My wish for the team isn't simply spending like crazy and buying a ton of mercenaries to win a title. I would love for massive investments in the farm system so we can watch these players develop and turn into a winner.

Since 1973 our rallying cry has been “Ya Gotta Believe” and for the first time in a long time, we can’t truly believe in the Mets. LFGM

Thank you for this. I hope one day to see a similar video about the Jets and Knicks because it's been outright painful for decades there also. We're still suffering elsewhere in NY but at least I have some hope I can see again in my lifetime what made me the love the Mets as a child in the first place.

Watched the whole thing not even as a Mets fan, this is top quality content that hopefully gets the wide spread attention it deserves. And while I'll of course be rooting for my Dodgers as I have been since I was old enough to understand what baseball even was, I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for the Mets in 2021. How cool would it be to see them face off in the playoffs? The "gold standard" of ownership and front office versus a team that has hopes of replicating their story.

Oh my... you've only been paying close attention for a mere fraction of the pain. I went to my first game in 1986 and became an instant fan. 8 year old me thought it would always be like 1986. I had no idea the decades of pain that were to follow. Cautiously optimistic now, but I've been there before, too.
