That's the kind of Man I want to marry. I have 5 cats all rescues plus two feral cats that rather live outside and soooo i built them two houses. I feed the birds, have Doves, and Blue Cardinals hanging out too. I Had to.

that's the kind of man I want to marry too, my dream is this, Chris is wonderful wonder why he is not married,,,,, I take care of 20 feral cats feed them, put shelters up for them where I live, people fought with me about this but I stood my ground it was very hard now I have gained their respect. It can get tiring, a lot of work, I never get to go anywhere but I love them, hope one day to get volunteers and I can take a rest, Hope you would respond would like to talk with you. Thanks

Aww that's wonderful! We have 6 cats, used to be 7 and feed one stray momma who prefers living outdoors, we also used to feed 3 of her litters who passed from felv too. We love cats and animals too :D

Ever since childhood cats have provided me with so much more than people ever have and yet, most people see cats as aloof. If people spent more time with them they'd be able to understand and even communicate with them. I miss the days of having a bunch of cats follow me around the yard like I was a mother duck and waking up weighted down and surrounded by them. Although, being able to bond on a deeper level with the two I can have in this apartment is rewarding in another way.

What an awesome man. Ben you are a hero in every possible way. I am cynical about human beings but when I see someone like you, so strong, so compassionate and so selfless, it melts my hard heart. May you always carry that beautiful light to shine on the darkness of this world....I wish others could be inspired by you. The crooked politicians, the wealthy who squander money on toys and perversions etc....wish they could fund and nurture projects like this one, to help and uplift other sentient beings, instead of self-aggrandizement and conspicuous consumption.

Some strange people don't like cats!

All my 3 cats have been rescued from the street when they were kittens. I’m so thankful to see people like Cris who have such kind souls and giving these beautiful cats a second chance in life 💗

Why do bad things happen to the best people with the kindest of hearts . Its very sad. Really appreciate this wonderful sanctuary. Bless you and i am sure your son is watching you from heaven.

I am owned by 16 cats that saved me and they are my family and no I am not a crazy cat lady. I am a guy who loves cats and love saving all kinds of animals! And this person has done an awesome job ! Alot more than others would or could do but it is something I would love to do, with all kinds of animals in need of help and saving!

You need to check out Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary in Faribault, MN. The owner started out in a garage, saving feral cats. She expanded and built a sanctuary that just recently opened an outdoor area that’s amazing . They have a FB page and KZread Channel. They are amazing! Over 350 cats!!

I'm happy he found something that touches his heart and gives him joy after losing his son and those lovely animals get to benefit from it, best wishes always.

QUESTIONS: 1. Does he adopt them out? 2. How do they not leave the yard?

Probably cause he feeds them

If he can handle cleaning up after the cats, keep clean litter boxes (for when it's raining outside, or too cold to go potty outside) and they are healthy, flea and tick free, and no feline leukemia or feline aids (fiv) spreading, and the females are spayed, and the makes are neutered, he is doing a great thing! The people who are hoarders who let the house and litter boxes go straight to crap, and the cats get sick and no vet care, then there's a problem. If he can stay on top of things and not let it go out of control, why not?? I had 5 cats, and 4 litter boxes, and people looked at me sideways, when I showed them how healthy they were, and the litter boxes were maintained, and house was clean, they shut up and ate their words.
