Meet the JLTV: America's $333K Badass Military Vehicle!
The Humvee replacement process, undertaken by the U.S. military, was an effort to replace the current AM General Humvee multi-purpose motor vehicle. The Humvee had evolved several times since its introduction in 1984, and is now used in tactical roles for which it was not originally intended. The U.S military pursued several initiatives to replace it, both in the short and long term. The short-term replacement efforts utilise commercial off-the-shelf vehicles, while the long-term efforts focused on building requirements for the Humvee replacement and technology research and evaluation in the form of various prototype vehicles. After going through the replacement process, the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle, or JLTV was chosen as the successor. In this video we are going to take a look at the winner of the JLTV program, a modified version of the Oshkosh L-ATV vehicle.

you're correct, we where installing a mod on MATV in 2012 to make them more survivable for over 400lb IED's, the trucks were restricted to the northern half of Afg. for a time.

They should make a civilian version of the utility version because thatll be useful when you drive around you mightnend up in a high risk area against your will it comes to you
Good video but far from the "most powerful", unnecessary click baity crap IMO...
These are getting less enthusiasm from ukraine soldiers who have actually used in combat. They claim they are a huge highly visible target.

There's some good content on this channel, but you really need to work on your terrible video titles. They are usually massively exaggerated, or flat out wrong, This vehicle is very far from the most powerful armored vehicle.
