The fucking sound mixing of the "You Lied" lines sounding like it's coming from all around you, like the fuckin walls are turning into demons. I have no doubt these allegations are true. When that sick man dies he's gonna be hearing this in hell on repeat.
This is brilliant on so many levels. It's really insanely diabolical. -The Release. Dropped an hour after Drake's response. Consequence: Drake's diss is basically gone before it arrives. The Beat. Monotonous and minimalist - forces you to pay attention to the lyrics. But it also is like being in a horror house. -The Lyrics. Where do we begin. He's an evil genius out for good--out to save Drake's kids from being led astray. He calls Drake a deadbeat dad and then takes the role of the wise father figure. He tells them about their dad being a predator, a liar (and so on and so forth) and that Drake's that way in part because of the kids' grandfather. And honestly, who are we going to believe? A guy who said "I'm not with the ra-ra I am a Dada." Or a philosopher and poet who spends extensive time pondering and analyzing his life, his struggles, the people around him, the environments he interacts with. Who are we going to believe, I mean really?
