Meet the Founder of Chicago's Biggest Run Club

NEW EPISODE EVERY TUESDAY @ 6:30PM CST // SUBSCRIBE TO STAY IN THE LOOP
I had the pleasure of speaking to the founder of Chicago Run Collective; J.D. Will, A.K.A. Jordan Williams. Jordan's a master of social media content creation and self-development. We dive deep into his journey from being a D1 football player to becoming a master of his own self, and how he's helping others achieve their best selves.
In this episode, we cover everything from morning routines, the importance of self-awareness, and how to break bad habits. Jordan shares his insights on why understanding your own patterns is crucial, and how journaling can help you identify what works best for you. We also talk about the power of content creation and how it's more about documenting your journey than creating the perfect piece.
CHICAGO RUN COLLECTIVE:

Great question! I know social situations can be tough, so here are a few tips that might help: 1. Start with small interactions, like saying hello or giving compliments. 2. Be yourself; authenticity is key. 3. Practice active listening and respond thoughtfully. 4. Talk about topics you're passionate about or find common interests. 5. Remember, social skills improve with practice-keep putting yourself out there. 6. Pay attention to body language: good posture, eye contact, and a smile can go a long way. 7. Think of a few conversation starters in advance to feel more prepared. 8. Stay positive; everyone has awkward moments, and it's totally normal.

Put yourself in social groups and find a way to provide value to a leader. They would love to reciprocate the effort by teaching you social skills. Social skills are learned by being around humans in real life. Try your best to find IRL communities, if not then find digital communities and participate in them.
