ZooTampa, Florida, looks after six African elephants, all with very different personalities. It’s time for their annual trunk washes and Ellie is the first in line.
Although the elephants may look like they’re just blowing their noses, the zookeepers use these snot sample to test for a bacterial disease called mycobacteria.
