I'm sure the Indian fella is ok and all, but he's incredibly disrespectful here towards the sellers. Trying to put money inside a female seller's top, whether joking or not, is pretty vile behaviour. The fact he was trying to rip them off instead of negotiating a fair price speaks volumes about him as well. For a decent quality fake Nike shirt 100k dong is a fair price. To try and negotiate this down to 50-80k is appalling. Does he think these sellers are buying them in for 20 cents and don't pay any rent?

It would honestly be better if you let him bargain instead of telling every time he starts negociating that it is a good price and you are ready to buy for that
